![]() ![]() You mentioned you are a content creator, do you have a lot of things on steam workshop for other games? The preview image shouldn't be an issue as it's a fixed resolution jpg, that worked fine so far. K_EResultLimitExceeded - The preview image is too large, it must be less than 1 Megabyte or there is not enough space available on the users Steam Cloud. Of course if nothing else helps, could it be possible (if I'm not already pestering you too much, heh) that I sent my whole campaign folder over to you once it's finished somewhere down the line, and you could do your magic to make it available for play? On steam's side, It only shows as a 0 kb blank file on my "own creations" steam workshop page, suggesting that it indeed started trying to upload but didn't end up doing anything.Īlso as an afterthought, I don't see anyone else's custom campaigns in the "More Campaigns" section, so has no one actually made a campaign with the editor so far and published it even for testing? Or does this possibly mean others have the same problem when trying to upload a custom campaign? Can't see it in the "more campaigns" section. Make sure steam is online"Īfterwards on the "Setup" section of the editor, it even says that current status is that it's uploaded, but it's not. So what happens is that it actually loads for a while like it's actually doing something, then after the loading screen passes, it sends the error message "Upload failed. (I also added a screenshot of the problem on steam client's side) Regarding the map/campaign upload problem, here is a dropbox link to the "output_log" When moving into selected position and placing an armor to the armor slot while character is still on the move, it causes the running animation to stop, turning the character into a ragdoll, until another command is given From campaign settings I can change the briefing text itself but not that Raider Camp headline.Īlso noticed a small in-game bug. I can't seem to find where to change the text "Briefing Transmission: Raider Camp" on the briefing window at start of each map. That covers my major issue, and then to the minor one Do I have to upload every map from the campaign separately? I don't see an option to upload the whole campaign at once. I'd like to upload the campaign as "hidden/work in progress", so I can test it from the singleplayer menu (to test checkpoints and have the save game option at hand also). ![]() there's not any errors on the map, I've also made sure I've got everything in order on Steam's side, accepted all the terms etc. I can't seem to upload my work into the steam workshop. ![]() However, I've got one major issue, and then a minor one. Hey again :) My campaign is slowly coming along as I've learned to use the tools. Thank you for making this great game that’s become one of my favorites,Īnd hope to hear back from you regarding my questions. If I get all of these issues solved, I’m ready to start forging my own custom legendary campaign □Īre there any plans to unpackage the game further for the modding community, so that all the aspects can easily be tinkered with as easily as just accessing the files (sounds, music, art etc) within the game folder? It’s great to see that custom movie files are supported, but Is there any support for using custom sounds or triggers to activate them (for example, to play a custom voice acting recording when in a dialogue, for more immersion)ĥ.ğinally, i’m curious how you can change the scale/size of units/characters, like the smaller version of the mutant dwarves or a giant take on the titan like in the main campaign? Is there another way to start my custom campaign than from the testing button inside the editor? It doesn’t show up in the ”More Campaigns” section when it’s saved.Ĥ. Is it possible to add new music tracks and bring in new in-game art? (Graphics for custom weapons, loading screens etc)ģ. Is it possible to edit items and their stats in the same way as characters?Ģ. I’m really into modding and making new content, so I started learning how to use the editor, in hopes of making a new campaign, there’s a few questions I have about the editor and modding Dustwind.ġ. Hey there! I recently purchased Dustwind and really enjoyed the whole experience.
